Chang Clan Association
A demo heritage site for the Singapore Chang Clan General Association, founded 1937. Bilingual English and Chinese, with archival photography, twelve sub-clan stories, and membership and event flows.
SP History, Embroidered
A 53-second narrated history of Singapore Polytechnic, told as if it were embroidered. About 9,000 stitches, all code. Built for fun with Claude Code on Opus 5.5.
SP's First Campus in 3D
Singapore Polytechnic's first campus at Prince Edward Road, rebuilt in 3D from one old aerial photo, with a camera that flies into a classroom. Built with Codex on GPT-6 Astra.

I gave Codex, on GPT-6 Astra, one old black-and-white photo of SP's Prince Edward Road campus. It rebuilt the campus in 3D and flew a camera into a classroom.
Research
Singapore uses AI more than almost anywhere. It gets no speed advantage from it.
Two rival AI companies publish what their models get used for. Both put Singapore at or near the top of the world. Neither shows it getting more out of a conversation than anyone else. I recomputed all of it from the raw files.
